Alicia Hernandez Strong for Mayor
& the People's Slate for New Britain
I served as Communications Director for the campaign of Alicia Hernandez Strong, a grassroots racial justice activist running to become the youngest and first Black, Puerto-Rican, and Muslim Mayor of New Britain, CT.
She was joined by a slate of two city council candidates, Richard Lacourciere and Nate Simpson, whose design and communications I also manage.
I designed the branding for the entire slate, blending the pre-existing colors of the three campaigns, whilst maintaining Alicia's independence as the candidate leading the slate.
